Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Africa through The Courier Guy. Once your order is packed, it’s handed over to The Courier Guy for delivery to the address you provide at checkout.

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We can’t be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

2. Delivery times

Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 4 business days of payment being received. From there, delivery typically takes:

  • Major centres: 2 – 3 business days
  • Outlying and rural areas: 3 – 5 business days

These are estimates from The Courier Guy, not guarantees, and delivery can occasionally take longer during peak periods or bad weather.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Free delivery on orders over R2500.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been handed to The Courier Guy, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

5. Damaged or missing items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit or missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund.

6. Returns

Because our olive oil and honey are food products, for hygiene and safety reasons we can’t accept returns on items once opened or used, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged or faulty
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery

To arrange a return, contact us first. Please don’t send products back before we’ve confirmed the return. Once approved, we’ll let you know how to send the item back, and whether return shipping is at our cost or yours, depending on the reason for the return.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method via Payfast, usually within 5 – 7 business days of us receiving the returned item (where applicable).
